Pattern accuracy
We work hard to make patterns accurate, and we check stitch counts and measurements before publishing. Mistakes can still happen. If you spot one, please let us know so we can fix it.
Each pattern shows its testing status. Patterns marked Sample content or Not yet tested have not been confirmed by making them from the written instructions.
Results vary
Your finished size, look and yarn requirements depend on your yarn, hook and tension. Yardage figures are estimates. Always make a gauge swatch when size matters and buy a little extra yarn.
Safety
- Toys for babies and young children: safety eyes, buttons, beads and other small parts can be choking hazards. Embroider features instead, sew all parts on very securely, and always supervise young children.
- Hats and accessories for babies: avoid cords, pompoms and small attachments that could come loose.
- Heat: acrylic yarn can melt. Use cotton or wool for potholders, trivets and anything used near heat.
- Tools: scissors, needles and hooks should be kept away from small children.
